QA/QC Engineer
Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

  Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
  Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
  Assist Quality Manager/section head in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
  Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
  Interface with Engineering, Project and Operations department to ensure products are in accordance with approved quality data.
  Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
  Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
  Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manual, quality procedures, etc.
  Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving/outgoing quality functions.
  Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
  Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
  Manage subcontractors, fabricators and suppliers performance in terms of quality expectation.
  Preparation of QA reports, MDR.
  Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with CSWIP (3.0 or 3.1) certification are preferred.
  Minimum 2 years related working experience in fabrication/welding work. Knowledge of industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation would be an added advantage.
  Familiar with relevant codes e.g. ASME code, ISO 9001:2008, etc.
  Analytical, problem solver with a “Can do” attitude and innovative approach.
  Ability to liaise with customers and sub-contractors on QA/QC matters.
  Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  Computer literate.
  Willing to travel in Malaysia and overseas.
